The issue affecting the booking of Microsoft Meeting Rooms through RICOH Spaces (Web, Mobile, and Smart Displays) has now been resolved.
Bookings should now be working as expected, and we’ll continue to monitor the service to ensure stability.

Service Interruption - Resolved

Service has now been fully restored. Our team has confirmed that the affected modules — Organisation Settings, Visitors, and Jobs — are operating as expected.
Root Cause
This incident was caused by a configuration dependency within our analytics and feature management service, which temporarily interrupted certain feature flags. Once identified, we immediately reinstated configuration integrity and validated all affected modules.
